1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the VaayuLabs Attendance Report Generator service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Our service generates attendance reports in PDF format based on CSV data provided by users. The service is designed for educational institutions and organizations for attendance management.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and legitimate data for report generation
• Ensure CSV files contain valid student information
• Respect the 70-student limit per report
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before PDF download (₹10 per student)
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• Prices may change with prior notice

5. Data Privacy

We do not store student data permanently. CSV files and generated reports are processed temporarily and removed from our servers after generation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Limitations

• Maximum 70 students per report
• Service availability: 99% uptime target
• CSV file size limit: 1MB
• Report generation time: typically 30-60 seconds

7. Intellectual Property

The service, software, and all related content are owned by VaayuLabs. Users retain rights to their input data and generated reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

VaayuLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at any time for violation of these terms or other reasons deemed necessary.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
