1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure preventing PDF generation after payment
  • Corrupted or blank PDF files due to system errors
  • Duplicate charges for the same report
  • Service unavailability for more than 24 hours

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Successfully generated and downloaded PDF reports
  • User error in data input or CSV formatting
  • Changes in requirements after PDF generation
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your transaction ID and order details
  3. Describe the issue with supporting evidence
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review and processing

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of the service was affected, we may offer partial refunds based on the extent of the issue.
